The Anaheim facility will continue operations without any disruptions under its new name, Victory Gelcaps. This strategic acquisition and the launch of Victory Gelcaps equip Valken Sports with domestic paintball manufacturing capabilities, ensuring the delivery of top-quality, USA-made paintballs to its customers.

Both Valken and APX customers can expect a seamless transition, as the acquisition process and the establishment of Victory Gelcaps are already completed. Valken representatives have proactively reached out to APX customers to welcome them and ensure a smooth transition. With this acquisition, Valken is thrilled to offer private labeling, custom paintball colors, and custom printing to its range of supply capabilities.
